Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Job Classified Services

   . A nominal data handling fee of INR 20 is charged for job-related services.

   . Payments are accepted exclusively through our secure online payment gateway (Razorpay).

   . Once an application is submitted and payment is approved, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.

2. Products (Stationery, Corporate Gifts, Digital Prints, Rubber Stamps)

   . Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

   . In case of defective or damaged delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with valid proof (photo/video). A replacement will be provided where applicable.

   . Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. General Terms

.  Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, incorrect shipping details).
